Hello! We are looking for two young female professionals to join our house share.
Room 1: The en-suite single room comes partly furnished (bed, closet, chest of drawers). Rent is approx £660 pm (which may increase slightly as we sign a new lease from the start date, which we will confirm asap!).
Room 2: The double rooms comes partly furnished (bed, closet, shelves). Rent is approx £640 pm (which may increase slightly as we sign a new lease from the start date, which we will confirm asap!).
Bills vary month to month but on average they are £50 each per month (water and electricity/gas). Tenancy starts on the 18th of August and you would be signing a one year contract :)
We all enjoy having a laugh in the kitchen in the evenings and the occasional park run or jog to the river and back. This is not a party house and everyone appreciates a solid night of sleep!
