Hi, the property is located in centre of Cambridge, Professional/Students can contact us, preferably Male, the room will be shared between 2 adults, bathroom shared on the 1st floor, living room shared, kitchen shared, people have been staying for almost 2years, everyone is silent, WiFi, electricity, water is included in the rent, excluding council tax will be shared among all except students.
