Short Let Double by the River very close to city

Hi Everyone, I am living in a furnished double room on Stanley Road, Cambridge.
The house is really big. We have a huge garden, good private space for bikes, shared living room, very large kitchen, 2 bathrooms. There’s a cleaning lady coming every two weeks which includes in the price.

People are very kind, nice, easy going and respectful.

The house is by the river. It’s very close to Aldi and Big Tesco on New Market Road. It is a quite, calm place which is pretty close to town. It only takes 7 minutes cycle to town centre. The room is furnished with a very nice double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk. The room is bright and has a nice vibe.

The rent is £650 and bills etc. all included. It is available by 27th of June.

I am looking to sublet it for a month or two. I’ll be back around 27th of July or I can arrange it for 27th of August.
