Short Let - One Bed Flat in Mill Road

I am renting out my beautiful home for the month of July while I'm in Turkey.

Just off Mill Road which is really buzzy, it's super close to amazing local coffee shops, a small Co-op at the end of the street, 10 minute walk from a big Sainsburys and just a few minutes cycle to Parkers Piece and 10 to the city center.

Perfect for a one month short term stay in Cambridge.

The flat is on the first floor with a big, spacious and light sitting room with a desk to work from, a small galley kitchen with all the essentials, bathroom with bath and shower and a bright attic bedroom with lots of natural light.

I love living here so would want either a single person or a couple who would be respectful of my home. I will be clearing out most of my personal things so it will be very clean and ready for someone to really settle into.

£1200 for the month plus bills for electricity which we would take meter readings to work out. Will be roughly £100.
