The house is spacious, fully furnished, and comes with a cozy living room with plenty of sunlight during the day, which can be used for working from home.
You'll be sharing with me, a professional working at the university. I enjoy baking, cycling, watching movies, and occasionally going to the pub.
The house is excellently located near Mill Road, with the train station and city centre no more than five minutes away. There are some great pubs, restaurants, and shops just a few minutes away.
Rent includes all bills (internet, council tax, etc.).
I'm looking for a housemate who is friendly, easygoing, and does their fair share to keep our home clean and tidy. Ideally, you have some experience with house shares. Getting along and respecting each other's space is important to me.
