We have a bright and well-maintained double room overlooking the garden.
The room is equipped with a double bed, desk, and a generous size modern wardrobe

The kitchen has plenty of storage and is furnished with all necessary items to prepare food as well as washer-dryer, and own fridge/freezer.

2 toilets, (cloackroom and 1 bathroom with shower)

We are preferably looking for a non smoker, clean and organized person that enjoys a friendly but quite atmosphere especially during the night.
As all ocupants work we prefer no overnight visitors.

The rent is £620 and it includes all bills and Internet. £500 deposit required.
The room is available from 1st August and it is located near GP, shops and bus stop number 3.
Parking available on site.
