Cosy double room in friendly shared house

Hi! I am unfortunately moving out of this lovely house share and looking for someone who would like my room. You'd be living with two females and one male. Everyone is really friendly and we like doing things together as a house, like TV nights, fire pits and at home escape rooms. The communal areas are large and there is a big garden. The bedroom is south facing and gets plenty of light during the day. The room is cosy, I've found there is enough space for a double bed, bed side table, shelving unit and a very decent sized wardrobe. There is also a separate shower room in addition to the bathroom and there is space downstairs for a desk if you want one. The location of the house is really near Milton Road Science Park, which is very handy if you work there. Please note that the bedroom is UNFURNISHED (we have found it easy to find cheap/free second hand furniture for our rooms if this is a concern), we are an queer friendly house, with some of the members of the house being queer, and the move in date has a little bit of flexibility too. Also once you've viewed and are happy to go ahead, we'll ask for a one week holding deposit while the change in tenancy process takes place. This will then be deducted from the deposit total, so it won't come to anything extra.
