Room to share in 2 bed house

I am looking for someone to share a lovely house with on a quiet side street off Mill Road.

15 minute walk to the train station, 10 minutes to the big Sainsbury's, and only a 10 minute cycle into the city centre.

The communal areas include a kitchen, separate dining and living rooms, an office, a bathroom and a great garden. Free on street parking.

Ideally you're a female professional--if you're a student we'll still have to share band C council tax (sorry!). Working from home is fine, there's an office in the house. Single occupancy only. I like a clean, tidy and not too noisy house, so if that's you too we'll be a great fit :) Bonus points if you like cooking and gardening!

Neither the room nor the office are currently fully furnished (they can be swapped around if you prefer one over the other).
