We are offering a clean, cozy and fully furnished spacious single bedroom with a double bed and inbuilt wardrobe with shelving. Our Victorian terraced house is located in a quiet and green part of south Cambridge just off Hill's Road: Railway Station - 10 minutes by foot, Addenbrookes Hospital - 15 minutes by foot.

The room is part of a house shared by four young working adults / postgrad students who are keen to live in a clean, homely and friendly environment. We (the landlords) live in a house nextdoor which means that the property is well looked after, with a community feel to it.

House includes a fully equipped and freshly renovated kitchen / living space area, one bathroom and two toilets (one freshly renovated as well) and a beautiful south facing shared garden. This room is on the first floor facing the garden.

The room is most suited to professionals / post grad students looking for a quiet, clean, friendly, and comfortable place to stay in Cambridge longer term. Relevant references are required.
