Hey guys,

My three other housemates are moving out on 31st August (due to new adventures!) and I am looking for three new housemates who want to make this house a home. I am looking for professional females aged between 25 and 34

A little about me -
I’m 30 and love cooking, and keeping fit. I enjoy watching trash tv in the baby snug together but equally like to do my own things.

A little about the house:
Room 1 - downstairs double - £440 p/m
It has a wardrobe and space for under bed storage.

Room 2 - downstairs front room - £480 it has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk

Room 3 - upstairs double £460 - it has a wardrobe, chest of drawers and room for a little desk (not included)

Bills aren’t included but generally come to £100-£120 per month, sometimes a little more depending on usagey.

I have a back garden with some sexy 90s plastic furniture, with plenty of space for bikes.
We have a little living room we call 'the snug' where we spend lots of evenings watching trash and crime dramas.

A little about the area:
10 mins walk to the leisure park - which has a Pure Gym, 3 local supermarkets and a cinema.
15 mins walk to Cambs station.
10 min cycle to Addenbrooks
15 min cycle to city centre

I’s like to find people who are like minded and social, who enjoy a spontaneous trip to the pub, but also respect each other personal space and alone time.

This is an LGBTQ+ friendly house.

IMPORTANT: need to get application in for renewed contract by the end of the month so keen to get the ball rolling.

Landlord is going to do renovations first two weeks of September so move in date would be mid September.
