We’re two girls looking for another girl to move in with us as our flatmate is moving out at the end of August. Our house is located just off Midsummer Common in CB4, 10-15 min walk into town. There’s a yoga/pilates studio, coffee shop, bakery, and spar about 5 min walk from the house. Fort St George pub just by the river down the road from us, literally 2 mins away. 15 min walk to Newmarket Road Tesco and Aldi, and about the same distance to the Beehive Centre. Perfect location and everything you could need is nearby!

The available room faces the garden so you’ll have the best view in the house. There’s lots of storage space and the room is spacious. Lots of light and big windows. The bed is a single bed extended to a double, so it’s up to the new tenant how they wish to keep it.

Bills come up to around £60 per month but it depends, so rent would be about £570 per month including bills. Council tax not included in this as it depends on whether you’re a student or not.
