Double En Suite Room, Close to ARU

Double En Suite Room, only shower and sink, there are two other toilets in the house. Room comes partly furnished with a table, wardrobe and a shelf and a bed.

Big, clean kitchen with a microwave, two fridges, oven and an air fryer and some common pots and dishes. We keep the kitchen clean every time we cook and the same with the common areas.

The property is right outside from ARU(literally a 1 min walk). 5 mins to the city centre, railway station and plenty of bus stops next. Leisure centre and the Beehive centre is a 15 min walk and even faster on a bike. There is a backyard to park your bike. The wifi is super fast(500mb/s :))

The current tenants are 3 professionals who are away on most workdays and a student. We love to cook and have dinners together and play card games.

The bills come to around 40-50(water, electricity, gas and wifi), and pay council tax which comes around 50. We also put a 2 pound per head a month for toilet papers, cleaning equipment .etc. Bills and Rent are paid on the 26th of every month.
