Big house near Addenbrooke's

Hi there!
We're looking for a friendly housemate to join our cosmopolitan (Italian, Canadian, German, French) household around late November/early December, ideally someone who definitely prefers to live in a social household than living on their own :)

We're 3 guys and one woman in our late 20s / 30s, professionals, who enjoy climbing, running, cycling, swimming, chess, cooking, BBQs (when weather permits!), poker, karaoke, going to the pub and movie nights.

The house is big and in a quiet residential area. Big kitchen with plenty appliances and an island in the middle (perfect for chill wine tasting evenings!), cosy living/dining room, double drive way and an enormous garden that we're fixing up (or trying to).
There's even a guest room and an external studio available for sleepovers or those working night shifts.

Your room is upstairs and has a view on the garden. The same floor has two other bedrooms, a spare room and a bathroom which will be shared between the three of us.

In terms of accessibility, we're a 5 min bike ride away from the closest coop and Addenbrooke's hospital.
Plenty of parks and nature within reach: Nightingale park, Cherry Hinton park, Beechwoods and the Roman Road.
Good bus connection to station and centre.

The rent is £492.5 pcm excluding bills. Add roughly another £100 to include them.
Our housemate is leaving on December 1st but the guest room could be used to overlap tenancies.
