Furnished single room available to rent on Chaucer Road. It's a great location: a 10-minute walk into town and 15 minutes to the station.

You would be sharing with 5 young professionals. Currently, there are 2 girls and 3 guys living in the flat; everyone is very relaxed and friendly.

We are looking for people who intend to stay for at least 6 months, but ideally a year or more.

We share a kitchen/living/dining room, and there are 2 bathrooms. There's also a beautiful large garden: the house backs onto the river and even has its own canoe! There's also covered bike storage.

The rent is £535 a month, which includes council tax and water. The other bills are split between the 6 tenants and generally come to £50-80 a month, depending on the time of year.

Contains a single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, bookshelf, cupboard, bedside table, chest of drawers, and mirror.
