Double Bedroom to Rent in CB1

We have a double bedroom to rent in CB1, Cambridge. Less than a 10 minute walk from Cambridge Station and local shops, this house is in an incredible location. Communally, there are two bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and patio garden, as well as a garage at the back. £550 a month rent, comes to around £650 with bills. Currently living in the house we are all professionals, and tend to live as a little community. We sometimes watch movies, play board games and eat dinner together, but there is no pressure for new tenants to do the same. We're all very respectful of others, but like to have a laugh too, so someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously would be ideal.
