Friendly 2-person houseshare (short-term possible)

Hi, I'm currently looking for a new housemate to take over from me in a modern 2-bedroom, 3-floor apartment near the station until the end of the contract (27th May). The other room is occupied by a female professional and their partner, both of whom are absolutely lovely, and largely keep to themselves in their room (when not at work) but are happy to chat and hang out at mealtimes for instance.

The room itself has a large double bed with a lot of storage, as well as its own ensuite, while the living and kitchen areas on the first 2 floors are shared only with the other room in the property, and includes both a washer machine/drier and a dishwasher. There is also parking and bike storage, as well as ample cupboard space and a small balcony area.

Longer term stays are also possible, but bear in mind that my housemate is also planning on moving at the end of the contract, so you would need to find someone new to share with when the contract renews (and at that point it would be at full price, rather than the discounted rent I am currently offering).
