Double room to let

We have an unfurnished double room available in a great household in an amazing location just off Mill Road. The room will be sublet from 24 August and the room will likely only be available until the end of our tenancy (18th November 2024).

The house has a shared living room and kitchen, space in the garden for a bike, and a fairly large attic for additional storage.

Current housemates (one female, two male) are all in their late twenties/early thirties and enjoy hanging out in the evenings when home, but also respect each other's need for space!

We’re looking for a housemate happy to commit to a 3ish-month sublet (until mid-November). We’re looking for someone who will also contribute to household chores etc. without prompting, and is willing to match our clean, friendly house standards. We’d love to hear from you if you’re looking for a home that’s more than just a spare room :)
