Rent will around between £650 - 700 and is inclusive of all bills. The room is available from the 1st of October but there is some flexibility in starting earlier if necessary.

The rest of the house is fully furnished too, we have a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bath, a spacious kitchen and dining room with a living area, a large back garden with a shed for storage. We also have a front yard with a parking space as well as plenty of on street parking. The house is ideally located, there is the big Sainsbury’s 5 minutes away, the train station is a 15 minute walk, plus plenty of cafes and pubs nearby.

We are looking for a tidy and considerate person that is easy to get along with, is sociable but also respectful of other’s space.
