Room in peaceful house CB1

A room is coming available in my 2-bed house to the east of Cambrige with good access by cycle or bus to the station, the Addenbrooke's/biomedical site and the city centre. The room has a view over the garden and nature reserve beyond. The overall setting of the house is peaceful and green.

There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher & the usual appliances, shared bathroom, living and dining room and garden. There is space for a(nother) bicycle in a locked side-access area and plenty of unpermitted on-road parking nearby.

In the past, the room has well suited professionals visiting Cambridge for around 6-12 months for work and study; my ideal share would again be with someone in a similar position.

I'm a law lecturer at a university in the North East; I'm splitting my time between there and here in Cambridge (where I recently completed a PhD). My interests include history, comedy, music theatre and exploring the country by bicycle.

I'm looking to share with someone who is mature and responsible as I will sometimes be away from the house for my job.
