Room in peaceful house CB1

A double room in house to the east of Cambrige with good access by cycle or bus to the station, the Addenbrookes/biomedical site and the city centre. The room has a great view over the garden and nature reserve beyond. The overall setting of the house is peaceful and green.

There is a shared kitchen with dishwasher & usual appliances, shared bathroom, comfy living and dining room, utility room and garden. There is space for a(nother) bicycle in a locked side-access area and plenty of unpermitted on-road parking nearby.

I'm a law lecturer at a university in the North East; I'm splitting my time between there and Cambridge, where I recently completed a PhD. My interests include history, comedy, music theatre and exploring the country by bicycle.

I'm looking to share with someone who is friendly and responsible and who can look after the house (as I will sometimes be away from the house for my job).

In the past, the room has well suited professionals visiting Cambridge for around 6-12 months for work and study
