Single Room on Milton Road

We are offering a single room in a 4 bed house, with great access to bus and train services. Per month is £575 for rent, £81.25 for council tax band F, and £89.02 for unlimited utility+broadband (£745.27 total).

The house has a spacious living room, two shared bathrooms, a large garden with a BBQ and garden furnishings, a fully furnished kitchen including a dryer, and a spare room we use for storage. The bedroom comes with the bed, however the desk and wardrobe can be purchased from the leaving tenant.

We are Joao(M23), Swayda(F22) and Paddy(F22), three social and outgoing friends that enjoy the sometimes brief time we spend together! We enjoy doing BBQ’s, cooking together, and on Tuesdays we do some escape room card puzzle things called Unlock. We're also trying to do more board game cafe/boba/food outings! Individually we love video games, Joao and Swayda both on PC and Paddy on her switch, but we also have a Wii for some nostalgic hits as a household. We’re very open-minded, coming from different walks of life, and we hope to find someone like-minded :)
