This is a North-East facing furnished double room in a semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac right next to the Cambridge Biomedical Campus. 5 minutes walk from Addenbrooke's bus station, and 30-40 minutes from the city centre.

All bills are split three ways between all residents (Water, Gas & Electricity, Broadband, and Council Tax). The property is in the council tax band D. The bills are about £140 per month per person.

The room includes a double bed with mattress and mattress protector, a bedside table (with drawers), a computer desk with office chair and a set of office drawers. There is a towel rack attached to the wall, and two large in-wall wardrobes. There are solid curtains to block light, and sheer curtains for privacy. The room is directly above the Wi-Fi router, but there is also a live ethernet socket in the wall to connect any computers or consoles to.

There are good transport links, via the Addenbrooke's Bus Station which can take you to the city centre and Cambridge Central train station. Additionally, Cambridge South train station is nearby and due to open in 2025.

There is a shared 1st floor bathroom, and a shared ground floor Kitchen, water closet, and common room.

There is a washing-machine in the kitchen, and a tumble-dryer in the garage.

No parking space will be included with this room, and there is no on-street parking nearby due to the Hospital.
