An attic room is available in a clean, refurbished shared house in Newnham. We are looking for a graduate student or post doc to share the house with two lovely graduate females from 1 September 2024 to 31 July 2025.
The big and sunny double room, overlooking the meadows, is for single occupancy and It has a king bed, big storage-dressing area, and a south facing studio with an amazing view. It is fully furnished and share equipped kitchenette and bathroom with the others. The rent includes all bills, taxes, high speed Wi-Fi internet, house maintenance and cleaning.
Our house complies with all required standard regulations. It has central heating, double glazing, washer/dryer, a new bathroom and new boiler. Nice neighbourhood and shops, bus stops on Barton Rd and Grange Rd, street parking, nearby University of Cambridge Colleges and Departments, and at walking distance to city centre, railway station and the river Cam.
