Hi! A double room is available in a furnished cosy two bedroom apartment. The bedroom comes with an inbuilt wardrobe, bed & mattress, a set of drawers, and a desk & chair.

The place is spacious with an open plan kitchen & living room with a balcony, and there is plenty of sunlight during the day. There is a secure bike shed and a private off-road parking spot available.

It is well located with 10 to 15mins cycle to Cambridge North train station, city center and the Science Park. There is also the guided busway 1mins away, a local Tesco Express, coffee shop, and a couple of good restaurants/takeaway options. Supermarket, and other pubs, bars and cafes in only 10mins cycle away.

Rent includes all bills (internet, etc.).

A little about us, I'm working at the NHS and my partner is a scientist. We are a friendly and quiet couple living in the apartment.
We're looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing, and does their share to keep the home clean and tidy. Getting along and respecting each other's personal space is important for us. Couples may be considered for short-term, please message to discuss.
