Hi! A double room is available in my newly furnished two bedroom apartment. The bedroom comes with an inbuilt wardrobe, bed & mattress, and a set of drawers. I am also happy to include a desk & chair if required.

The place is spacious with an open plan kitchen & living room with a balcony, and there is plenty of sunlight during the day. There is a secure bike shed and a private off-road parking spot available. Further furnishings are being added.

It is very well located with 12mins cycle to Cambridge North train station, 15mins cycle to the city center and 10mins cycle to the Science Park. There is also a guided busway 2mins walk away and a local Tesco Express.

Rent includes all bills (internet, council tax, etc.).

A little about me, I'm a professional in the engineering-tech field. I enjoy spending my time reading, doing artwork, meeting up with friends and watching films.

I'm looking for someone who is friendly, easygoing, and does a fair share to keep the home clean and tidy. Getting along and respecting each other's space is important to me.
