Room in cosy mill road house

Hello!

We are looking for a 3rd roommate to join our cosy house just off Mill Road, near all the nice cafes, shops and restaurants. We are both female professionals (French and British) in our mid 30s and would be looking for someone with similar age, tidy, clean, respectful and relaxed. The house has a very homey feel and we would like to keep it that way. We like sharing the common areas together, cook, chat, etc. but we are also respectful of each other schedule and need for own space. We also like to keep the place neat and clean! We are therefore looking for someone with similar vibes.

The house is super cosy with a very bright lounge area, with dining table, a sofa and TV (and plants 😊) and open plan kitchen with all white goods: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, large fridge/freezer. We have a very nice bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. We also have a small backyard with a shed that we use for extra storage and bikes. We are a short cycle away from the city market center (or 25 min walk) and 10 min on foot from the train station.

The room is small, but very cosy. It comes furnished with a single bed, a chest of drawers and a desk, along with a large space for hangers across. It's on the first floor and dead-end side of the house, and the windows (double glazed) have been changed last year therefore it's warm, quiet and bright (and you get the sunset in the evening).

The rent includes ALL BILLS (council tax, water, electricity, internet and TV licence), which makes the room a great opportunity and the landlord is super nice. Contract is 6 months minimum but we would prefer long term.
