Furnished double room available now

We have a lovely large double room available, fully furnished (please note tv, armchair and decorations not included and will be removed before the start of tenancy). Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a large garden to use as you like. There are chairs and a fire pit that you are welcome to use. We are 2 professionals and one student working part time, we’re quite social and like to have a chat in the communal spaces but often miss each other because of work and other commitments.

We have a medium size dog that lives with us, but she is very friendly and does not bark. You will meet her in communal spaces and the garden so if you are uncomfortable with dogs or have an allergy you might not want to consider this room.

Bills included in the rent. Deposit is one months rent, paid in advance. Deposit can be used as last months rent when leaving the property.
