Our lovely 3BR house between Mill Rd and the train station has an open double room for a postgraduate student. The house has 2 bathrooms, a beautiful sunny living room, large kitchen, open back garden, and additional shared office and storage space in the attic and main floor. It's quiet and peaceful, but only a five minute walk to the train station and to bustling Mill Rd.

The current housemates are both PhD students with professional experience prior to returning to school. We're relatively introverted but enjoy hosting occasional dinner parties or cocktail nights.

Bills (internet, water, energy) range from £50-80 per month depending on the season.

The open room fits a double bed with ample space for books and clothes. The room occupant has first-choice access to the desk in the attic as a work-space. Room furnishings (bed, wardrobe, cupboard etc.) can be purchased at reasonable cost from the previous tenant. The kitchen and shared spaces are fully furnished.

The current lease will run until 7 October, 2025, and can be extended after.

Note that the room is only available for postgrad students due to council tqx.
