Large double room in North Cambridge

We have a large double room available in our house share in Orchard Park. All the other 3 housemates are full time professionals and very chilled and sociable. The house is walking distance for local amenities (Tesco Express, Pizza Hut takeaway, etc...) and has excellent road and public transport links (guided bus and A14). There's a car tunnel for parking, but also easy on street parking for when another one of the house mates is parked in there. We're also pretty close to the Science Park and Innovation park, which makes for an easy commute if you're working there. The house has a nice sized garden and patio, plus a garage used for storage (mainly bikes/gym equipment/ general storage)..

We are looking for a young professional, who will fit into our easy going group. The household is very relaxed and friendly. We enjoy the odd board game night or takeaway, but are also good at giving each other space for when you want to just keep to yourself.

The house has two lounges (downstairs one has a tv and sofa, upstairs has a sofa bed) so plenty of space to relax. Two housemates have ensuites so you will only share bathroom with one other person, and there is an additional WC downstairs.

No application fee, no tenancy agreement fee, no renewal of tenancy fee. The landlord is really easy going and supports the housemates with any fixes or issues quickly.

The rent includes all bills (gas, water, electric, sky tv/broadband and council tax) and is nicely furnished. The room has a built in large wardrobe, a desk and chair, mirror, bedside drawers, double bed and mattress.

Availability is flexible. It'll be officially available from the 1st of October (when rent is due) but we can probably scooch a little either way if needed. If you're interested, please get in touch and we'll try and get you over to view the room and meet the housemates!
