I have a double room available in a two bedroom flat in North Cambridge. A convenient location for the science park, Cambridge North train station and easy access to the A14. The flat is also a short cycle from the city centre and is located close to the PR5 bus route. The flat is situated fairly close. tp a Co-Op and Milton Road Library. Arbiry Court shopping precinct is also nearby.

The room is a cosy double room and yo will also have shared access for the bathroom amd. kutchen/living room. The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and under bed storage boxes. There is a new electric radiator that works very well via an app. The block of flats has a private car park with ample spaces if you uare a car or. motorcycle user. There's also alockable bike shed.

The room is available for uo to 1 year jntilaly, witch scope to renew the contract. Bills are not included in the rent (other than WiFi), though as a lodger you are not eligible for council tax so the costs will just be electricity (monthly) and water (biannually).

I am a tecaher in my twenties, who loves choral singing, reading, writing and cats. Although I'd love you to bring a cat along, it would need to be happy as an indoor cat.

The property is not suitable for those who WFH as there is no desk or office. space whatsoever.
