We're Alex and Charles and we have a spare room available from October in our 3 bed house in Cambridge, just off of Victoria Road and a few minutes walk from Jesus Green.

The (unfurnished) room is a good sized double with a built-in closet and lots of natural light.

In the rest of the house there is a nicely sized living room and kitchen. We have our own garden/patio and garage and access to a car park.

We are two professionals, ideally looking for another professional but are open to options. We enjoy socialising, but also like our own downtime during the week. Charles loves sports and exercise and I'm a bike mechanic so the garage is filled with useful tools for bike maintenance.

We're are relaxed, easygoing, tidy people looking for a like minded individual.

The rent is £485pcm without bills and the Council Tax band is band D. Contract length is open-ended but ideally at least 6 months.
