Room close to Mill Road

We are looking for a tenant to complete our newly founded houseshare close to Mill Road. The house is located in a quite road just off the more busy Mill Road (lots of good food places). The furnished room comes with a double bed, desk, chair and some additional cupboard/wardrobe space. The amenities of the house include an already well equipped kitchen connected to a living/dining room. We also have a nice little garden to hang out outside in the summer.
The house has one bathroom+toilet and one toilet.
All sharers are expected to keep the house tidy and we operate a household duty rota.

About us, we are one writer and two Maths PhD students. We (or some of us) like running, football, playing the guitar, cooking and many other things. Since we are just settling in, no house routine has established, but we are looking forward to someone who is also keen for some joint household dinners, pub trips etc.

Council tax (band D) is shared between eligible tenants (students are not eligible), which is currently only one.

Viewings are possible from 14th September. The tenancy runs until the 19th September 2025.
