Communal kitchen and living room, two shared bathrooms and large garden (with shed for bike). Parking spaces and quiet road parking available. Washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and two fridges.
Room comes with double bed. Other furniture may be available on request from previous flatmate.
3 current housemates, all engineers, friendly and sociable. All frequently go bouldering, play board games and relax in evenings after work.
Council tax, bills and WiFi not included in rent, but typically in region of £100 per month per person.
