We're a professional couple in our 30s/40s with a small baby and 2 cats. We're looking for a clean and tidy person that occasionally we could share a glass of wine or dinner with.
We have a double bedroom available in a lovely, recently renovated Victorian family home in a great location close to Mill road and train station. Garden to rear with kamado bbq and seating.
The bedroom (~10m2) is nice and bright and overlooks gardens to rear of the house which makes it very quiet. The tenant will have access to a private bathroom located on the same floor as the bedroom (1st floor). Bedroom: period fireplace, double glazed sash window, radiator on gas central heating, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, double bed with a mattress.
The bathroom has an electric shower over bath and a gas central heating radiator.
Kitchen: Light and airy kitchen/dining room, shared with us. Fridge freezer + seperate large drinks fridge. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. Large Smeg gas cooker + oven, bread maker, smoothie maker.
Living room: Good sized living room with bay window and nice period features. Smart TV with Chromecast + speakers. 2 seater sofa, armchair + ottoman.
