we are currently looking for a new flatmate to join our house share. We're all young professionals, aged 23-26 and would preferably like someone in their early to late 20s. We are a social, friendly and outgoing house and would like someone who is similar! If you are interested, please let us know a little bit about yourself: age, occupation, hobbies, and anything else you think might be worth mentioning. We would like to keep a gender balance, so we would strongly prefer another girl in the house.
The house is newly renovated, with the room including a bed, table, a TV and a closet. There are 2 bathrooms (with a shower and a toilet) upstairs and another toilet room downstairs.
The rent includes all bills (including council tax and broadband).
