My housemates and good friends will be away ( research PHD students ) for 2/3 months and we are renting to cover rent and bills.

🔹Ground floor double room single bed £787 plus deposit ( 1/10/24 available) after 5 pm

🔹First floor double room single bed £850 plus deposit. (11/10/24) after 5.30 pm

🔹small single room £660 plus deposit
( 1/11/24 after 5.00 pm )

⭕️all rooms are available until the 21/12/24 midday. After that date my 3 housemates are coming back to Cambridge so we will need the rooms back.

All bills are included in the room price.

Clean, organised, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The location it’s great , really nice residential area & very peaceful atmosphere.

⭕️There is a cleaning rota that we all do once a week to keep the house and bathroom clean and tidy.

We are all friendly and calm, we occasionally have dinner together or a few drinks when time, studies and work permits.
