Lovely double House Share on Mill Road

We are looking for a sociable and tidy housemate (not student) to move into our four bed house on Madras Road, just off Mill Road.

We are a sociable group of friends looking for a housemate aged between 24 - 28.
We often spend time together in the evenings and over the weekend but also respect each others’ space. The room is available from the 1st of November.

The house has lots of character and has a living/dining area, with no bedrooms on the ground floor. We also have a lovely garden and small bike shed.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor and is a large airy double with fireplace and two windows. You would be sharing a bathroom with two others.

The price is £700 per month plus bills (around £130). We also have a cleaner which is around £20 each per month.

The house is furnished and the bedroom is part-furnished, but you’re welcome to bring your own furniture if you prefer.
