Two rooms near Asda

I have two rooms becoming available in a couple of weeks next to Asda, Lidl, M&S, B&S, B&Q, Boots, etc. all walking distance. We are not far from the station and we can walk to town.

This is a very quiet family home so no students, sorry only professionals.

Double room - king size bed, double wardrobe, desk, two chests of drawer and a sofa bed. Initially for single occupant but couples are considered.

Single room - when ready it will have a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk.

Both rooms are located in the middle floor with a full bathroom. I am on the third floor.

I am a quiet living-in landlady and we have three adorable cats so if you don’t like pets, please do not apply.

Council Tax, water, internet and house insurance are included.
