North Cambridge tenancy takeover

Looking for an extra person for an existing accommodation arrangement after a last minute cancellation by one of the other tenants.

House is located in the North side of Cambridge close to both bus stations and the train station.

There is only one bedroom to let, but it can be either a double or single bedroom depending on your needs, we are flexible. Property comes part furnished with a bed and a wardrobe included in all rooms.

Rent would be 580 for the single and 660 for the double bedroom, without utilities.

Students heavily preferred due to council tax considerations. Available before postgrad term start.
