Two Rooms Available

Two large double rooms available in the lovely quiet CB4, with parking. Situated feet away from large green space, tescos, little pub, local shopping centre, and a quick walk into the heart of Cambridge. First come first serve street parking. There is a washer dryer, plus covered washing line, dish washer, and large fridge. A small conservatory, back garden with BBQ waiting for someone to cook for the house mates. A sitting room to share, large kitchen to whip up some meals. 2 Shared bathrooms, and a private courtyard for all tenants in the front. Wi-Fi included. Water and electric included. Double bed provided in each room. Mini fridge in one room. Both rooms come with a place to hang clothes and curtains to shut out light if needed. I live in the States. Due to high demand of the rooms, we are organising interviews.
