Castle Street Private Studio bills included

I am looking for someone to take over my licence for a studio room at Collegiate Castle Street, rented through Lucy Cavendish College (who will confirm rent price), until September 2025. Studio is fully furnished with a private kitchenette and ensuite. Gym in building, with a large communal space and outdoor space too. 24 hour reception and security in building. Must be a Cambridge Student. Looking for a changeover ASAP. Please only message if you are able to take over the contract from now until September 2025.
