Double Room in lovely mill road house

Hi! We're looking for a lovely gal to takeover my room as I'm sadly moving out at the end of October. (Looking for females only👍🏻)

The house is just off Mill Road, 2mins to the Co-op, local cafes, bars and restaurants, great pubs too. The station is 10-15min walk, and to the centre of town is about 25mins. Mill Road is a lovely, vibrant area to live in with a nice community feel to it.

The double room is light and cosy, on the first floor and comes with a wardrobe but is otherwise unfurnished.

The bathroom is shared between 3 of us, with both shower cubicle and separate bath, all done out really nicely. We have a shared living room, kitchen and large garden with patio area which is great in the summer time!

I've loved living here and will be sad to go, it's the best house share I've lived in! We're looking for someone who is easy going, friendly, sociable, clean and tidy who respects the shared areas of the house. We're all on quite different schedules during the week but tend to come together in the evenings and cook meals etc :)
