I’m looking for a lovely people to share a wonderful duplex house. The house is spacious and airy with beautiful lighting and amazing views facing Cam River. The double room comes with a balcony and en-suite bathroom. The rent and bills are shared. The room is currently available from the 1 of November and the lease contract will be renewed in February 2025. It comes unfurnished but there is already furnisher that can be bought from the current tenant (a bed and an extra storage cupboard) . The house is 5 minutes walk to the Cambridge North train station and 25 minutes walk/ 10 min cycle to Science park. Close to co-op and Tesco
