Hi! We're looking for a new housemate to join our lovely four-bedroom terraced home, as one of us is sadly moving out at the end of September.
🏡 About the House:
Our home is bright, spacious and well looked after. It comes with:
- A spacious, modern kitchen and cosy living room
- Nice carpets throughout and plenty of natural light
- A private garden with seating and fairy lights – perfect for summer evenings (thanks to Sam, our green-fingered housemate)
- Secure bike storage in a recently updated, locked shed
- Off-street parking at the back, plus plenty of free on-street parking at the front
Our landlord is brilliant, she’s friendly, responsive, and always quick to sort any issues. She values having tenants who treat the house with care, so the rent is very reasonable for the area.
🛏️The Room:
- The room is unfurnished but would fit a double bed
- You would have your own bathroom
- You have your own built in cupboard for storage
- Rear-facing, peaceful and overlooking the garden, so it’s a lovely, quiet spot.
💡 Bills:
Bills aren't included in the rent and usually come to around £150 per month, covering all the essentials (utilities, broadband, etc.).
Council Tax Band D.
👋 Who We’re Looking For:
The house is let as a whole, so we all have a say in who moves in. It’s important to us that we get along and have a good vibe in the house – it's what makes it feel like home.
You’ll be sharing with friendly, sociable housemates in their late 20s to early 30s. We enjoy the occasional pub quiz, garden hangout, or catch-up in the kitchen – but also respect each other's space and keep the house clean and tidy.
