Room 2 room comes with a new Double size ottoman bed (under bed storage), a new comfortable mattress, brand new large double-sized wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also space for a study table and chair.
Room 1 has never been lived in - it is currently unfurnished but if you need furniture to be provided, we can discuss this with the landlord.
Please note, this is not a HMO. There will only be a maximum of 3 people living here at any one time.
I myself work for an IVD company and the other professional works at a biotech company in Cambridge.
We’re both pretty chill and respectful; we’re looking for a third housemate who is likeminded, ideally clean, social and friendly.
