Hi, I’m Noosh 👋 just moved into a brand new house by myself and I have two spacious double en-suite bedrooms available for single-occupancy.
I’m currently in the process of furnishing the house; I’ve ordered sofas, beds, mattresses, curtains, dining room table/chairs, etc., which should all arrive before you move in.
🏡 This is a 4-Bedroom townhouse, with 4 bathrooms and a small garden. Only two of the en-suite bedrooms (both on the first floor) will be available for rent so there will not be more than 3 people living in the house at any one time (including myself).
📍 Located in a new and safe residential area east of Cambridge city centre (~4 miles) consisting of high-specification new homes and public green space built in a quiet neighbourhood.
🚏 Bus stop is a few steps away from the house and goes directly to the railway station and Cambridge city centre. It typically runs every 15mins throughout the day.
🚗 There are 2 available spaces for parking cars outside the house and an EV charging dock.
🚇 12min drive to Cambridge Train Station.
🛒 5min walk to the local off-license or a 3 min drive to Tesco Supermarket.
🚲 If you cycle to work it’s ~8 mins to Arm, 12 mins to Addenbrooke’s and 18 mins to AstraZeneca.
The house itself is beautifully presented with hardwood flooring downstairs & underfloor heating, soft carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms, and a little back garden (summer BBQs pending!) with outdoor furniture.
