Your room comes with a new King size divan bed (with 4 drawers), brand new comfortable mattress, large triple-sized wardrobe, a study table, chair and a bedside table.
I’m planning to accommodate no more than two lodgers at the property at any one time. Currently just me and another professional in the house. I work in Biotech on the science park and he’s a Radiologist at Addenbrookes. We’re looking for a third housemate who is clean, social and a friendly individual.

I’m a young professional working in the Biotech sector. I’ve been renting for 10+ years in different cities, so I completely understand how important it is to live somewhere you are comfortable.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. I’m pretty active and social, so always up for a chat or a movie night/dinner, but equally I like my own space sometimes.

I wouldn’t mind if we did our own thing either - as long as the home is kept clean and we are respectful to each other at all times. Sorry but no couples, children and no smoking inside the house.
