I have 1 spacious en-suite bedroom that is now available on the first floor of a luxury, modern townhouse in Cambridge.
I’m planning to accommodate no more than two lodgers at the property at any one time. Currently it’s just myself and another professional (Female) in the house.

I’m a young professional working in the Biotech sector and I will be a live-in landlord. I’ve been renting for 10+ years in different cities, so I completely understand how important it is to live somewhere you are comfortable.

I am looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. I sometimes WFH but other times in the lab/office or attending meetings. I’m pretty active and social, but equally like my own space sometimes, so I would like to have housemates I get along well with. I wouldn’t mind if we did our own thing - as long as the home is kept clean and we are respectful to each other at all times. Sorry but no couples, children and no smoking inside the house.
