Located in a safe, quiet residential area, these bedrooms are modern and spacious - they each offer their own unique features:

• Bedroom 1 - AVAILABLE ~mid-May
The largest bedroom in the house; with STUNNING views from the top floor, two sets of LARGE windows with lots of natural light and access to a large, private bathroom.

• Bedroom 2 - AVAILABLE JUNE
Large, spacious Double-sized bedroom with your own en-suite shower and bathroom.

The house is less than two year’s old and all the furniture is also brand new, so you can be sure everything is to a high-spec.

Room 2 room comes with a new Double size ottoman bed (under bed storage), a new comfortable mattress, brand new large double-sized wardrobe and a bedside table. There is also space for a study table and chair.

Room 1 has never been lived in - it is currently unfurnished but if you need furniture to be provided, we can discuss this with the landlord.

Please note, this is not a HMO. There will only be a maximum of 3 people living here at any one time.

I myself work for an IVD company and the other professional works at a biotech company in Cambridge.

We’re both pretty chill and respectful; we’re looking for a third housemate who is likeminded, ideally clean, social and friendly.

I’m a young professional working in the life sciences and healthcare sector. I’ve been renting for 10+ years in different cities, so I completely understand how important it is to live somewhere you are comfortable.

We are looking for someone friendly, clean and tidy. I’m pretty active and social, so always up for a chat or a movie night/dinner, but equally I like my own space sometimes.

I wouldn’t mind if we did our own thing either - as long as the home is kept clean and we are respectful to each other at all times. Sorry but no couples, children and no smoking inside the house.
