A beautiful room in a family home

Hi there, this is a very large room located on the middle floor where there is a full bathroom. You would be sharing it with a teacher who rents the single room next to it. There is a double bed, double wardrobe, two chest of drawers, a double futon, a desk, two large windows and full length mirror.

Please note this is not your typical student accommodation, it is instead a home with all the amenities you might need. If need, I could provide bed sheets, pillows, etc. This room would suit a mature professional who appreciates a calm and clean environment. I would prefer someone who doesn’t work full time from home.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary gadgets like dishwasher, espresso machine, stand mixer, smooth maker, etc.

We are just a few minutes walk from the Beehive (Asda, M&S, Lidl, Aldi) and many other shops.

There is a gym two doors away and we are close to the city center, Mill Rd and the station.

I’m a retired professional who keeps very busy.

I would expect you to be very clean (really) and respectful in terms of excessive noise after 11pm. Also, you need to like cats as we have two very well behaved girls!

Together with the other tenant, you would be responsible for cleaning your bathroom and after yourself when using the kitchen. I clean the common area weekly.
