My name is Avelino, and I am offering an en-suite room in a spacious 5-bedroom house. The room comes with its own living area, providing you with privacy and comfort.

You will share the kitchen and garden with us. I want this house to feel like a home, so I am looking for a professional, respectful, and clean individual to help maintain the house in good condition.

I will take care of cleaning the common areas, but I expect you to keep your bedroom tidy. You will also have your own designated parking space and access to the garden shed for bike storage.

The house includes an office, ample storage throughout, an attic, and a small WC downstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher.

I am open to discussing the possibility of not requiring a deposit.
