Beautiful Annexe with a nice patio and own bathroom available to share via Cambridge Homeshare. The annexe is furnished with a single bed, microwave, wardrobe, chest of drawers a hob with an oven and has just been redecorated.
Although parking is available, it is very tight and the preference would be a non car owner. The home is off Huntingdon Road and a walking or cycling distance to town.

There is no rent payable, but a homeshare fee of £200 a month. You will have your own meter for electricity for which you will be expected to contribute your part. In return the householder will ask for support with small tasks around the house etc. The Householder also seeks companionship in the form of someone having a meal with once a week or fortnight, attending concerts together or going out for a meal etc.
In expressing your interest in this property I ask that you tell me a little about yourself, working patterns, experience of living with an older person and it will be helpful to have an understanding of homeshare.
