Large double bedroom near center of Cambridge

There is a spare double bedroom available in our 4 bed, Victorian terrace house. The house in an amazing location, 3 minutes from Cambridge train station and 20 minute walk from the center of Cambridge. There is a garden, shared kitchen and living room and 3 toilets including a large and small shower room.
You would be sharing with 3 other housemates, who are a mix of professionals and PhD students. We all met on spare room and get on well. The house has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, with everyone respecting each other’s space. There is also an indoor cat in the house, who is owned and looked after by one of the flatmates.
The bedroom is spacious, comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, two wardrobes etc.
Open to students or professionals who have experience of living in shared housing.
Bills not included (approx £80-100 per month)
Room available from 1st November.
