This 3 bed house is clean and bright, with a generous and comfortable open plan lounge and dining room.

We have a double room available that overlooks the garden. The room has been frieshly painted, and includes a built-in cupboard. Our former housemate has left her single bedframe and mattress if the new ocupant wants it, but we can get rid of it if you have your own furniture. There is also a small bookcase and a mirror available if desired.

The kitchen is well equipped with fridge, freezer, washing machine, electric oven and a brand new electric hob.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two double and one single, each with built-in storage. There is an airing cupboard and an ample bathroom with shower over the bath.

Bonus points if you like gardening! The garden is large and includes a small greenhouse.

The house is very well located. It is less than two minutes’ walk from a large Sainsbury’s and a short cycle or car ride to the shops, restaurants and cafes of the Beehive Centre, Mill Road or the town centre. The house is also 30 minutes-walk from the train station. There is a nearby nature reserve, playing fields and there are beautiful walks down to and along the river Cam.

The street is residential, there is plenty of safe, free parking on the road, and space for one car on the driveway.

Current Household members: 2 female, professionals, aged 32 and 33. We both work from home more than half of the week, and have converted the dining room to double as a home-office space.
