Single room available in quiet house off Perne Rd

We have a room available in our mothers house, off penne road in central cambridge. It is a spacious and quiet house with a big garden. There is a number 2 bus stop nearby and bus stops on perne road on the route to ARU.
Our mother is elderly and has dementia. She sleeps a lot and sometimes gets confused but enjoys having company in the house. Part of the shared living arrangement would be making her a cup of tea or helping her with the microwave occasionally, keeping an eye on her. Our family live on the same street.
There is parking and storage space available.
Its a no smoking house.
E scooters etc will not be permitted inside the house.

We are not looking for a male housemate.
