Cambridge Train station short stays 1/2night

Short stays 3 min from Cambridge North Train station by bike, which I can lend for free with bike lock if required. Or it's a 10-15 minute walk. Cambridge North is one stop after Cambridge on the trains from London etc. Single occupancy only, 1 or 2 nights at a time. Parking available. All bills included. £115 per night. 13 minutes from Kings College by bike so easy to reach all the major tourist attractions. Near the river nice for walks. Small single room. Quiet residence with noise prohibited from 7pm. Linen and towels provided. Happy to discuss letting the short-stayers make use of my gym and swimming pool family membership for free when I go there in the morning too. A message about your occupation/ why visiting Cambridge/what you'll be up to appreciated and if you'll need bike etc. Cash preferred for the overnight stay upon arrival when meeting at the property but bank transfer ok if not. Tea, coffee, cereal and toiletries included as standard. Renovating atm but will update with pics asap. Just a basic small private spare room no ensuite so you'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 person but overall clean, modern and quiet. Well placed for exploring the tourist attractions.
